		<description>I also thought the talks were a bit shallow. The first day was mostly "motivational" (although this isn't completely bad: it actually motivated me to write my first small OS contribution entirely during a conference :). 

At the end of the day there was the Birds of a Feather with the Phusion guys, showing how to write a Brainfuck interpreter/code-generator in Ruby. This brought a bit of the hacker spirit back, and it made me happy :)

But since this was the first one, I think they wanted to have a more introductory approach. Let's hope for more 'hacker' content in the next installment :)</description>
