this was what i was lookin for...thanks dude.
but there's a issue when i try to compare users i get the error
wrong number of arguments (2 for 3) at acts_as_recommendable.rb:17:in `find_common_ratings_for_users'

its bcos we have to pass rated_type parameter.
i am trying to understand and fix this up..

any help would be great
